So many people feel not good at meditation, have tried and haven’t been able to find the time or the how to create a consistent practice. Truth is — every meditation is exactly what it is supposed to be. It is hard to create a consistent practice. Until… you are in it.
Meditation is an opportunity to be present. A place we get to put our stuff down. To quiet our minds. Press pause on the tape or stories that play on repeat in our thoughts even if for a few minutes. A place to release what we are holding.
It gives us space to connect to our breath - our anchor. Feel grounded. Rooted to the earth. To come into the center of our hearts. Connect to our inner self - our inner wisdom. Connect to the quiet space with in us. Our sacred space.
What if you could access that same quiet during the day or in moments when you want it most? To be able to close your eyes and feel connected. Think about it like muscle memory. The more we practice, it allows us to access that same space more often outside of our meditation.
Meditation reduces stress and anxiety. Regulates our nervous system - allows us to come out of flight, fight and freeze. Lowers blood pressure, heart rate, inflammation, improves sleep, strengthens immune system, helps with weight loss and so much more.
We can feel more love, inner peace, gratitude and lightness in our heart - our spirit. And expand beyond us. The question is - why wouldn’t you want all of that?
